Example of QSV decoding with libraries ffmpeg (Zeranoe dev & share) c / c ++ code for windows (7/10)

Someone could tell me where to find an example of QSV decoding from the ffmpeg libraries. The example that comes with the different versions including 3.3.3 are not ready to compile in windows environments.
