Why HEVC codec plugin only has 64 bit version even with the professional version

Hello,

I just bought the professional version of "Media Server Studio professional 2017" ($3999). However after installation, under the folder:

C:\Program Files\Intel\Intel(R) Media Server Studio 2017\HEVC Decoder & Encoder\Plugin

I can only find the 64 bit dlls, and the 32 bit dlls are not there, and I did follow each step during installation. Can you tell me how I can get the 32 bit version plugin dlls, cause I need them.
