Quick sync performance

Hi,

I observe a performance drop over time when using Quicksync encoding example from the Intel SDK.

after freshly restarting the computer I can compress 4K 60fps but after 1  hour, same executable produces only 4K 30fps.

Any idea why this performance drop over time ?
